Product overview:
The H72XX-1 series is a three-terminal regulator device implemented in a CMOS process featuring high input voltage, low dropout voltage, and low quiescent current. Its output current is typically 400 mA and the input voltage can reach 15V. The output voltage range is 1.8V ~ 5V, the user can also adjust the output voltage according to the modification of the peripheral circuit.
